Pinot Gris

Lots of lovely fruit on the nose like nectarine, golden delicious apple, honeydew melon with an aromatic background of honeysuckle. Nectarine and mandarin orange complemented with a soft texture and round luxurious palate. Hints of minerality add complexity.

Food Pairing: This wine was made for oysters. Literally! But also charcuterie, honey garlic sausages, peach panzanella salad, yellow curry, pepper shrimp.
