This Chardonnay is produced from 3 different clones, picked over 5 different harvest dates. Each vineyard that this fruit was sourced from has truly contributed to the blend: richness from St Davids Bench, acidity and minerality from Niagara Lakeshore and a floral note from the Four Mile Creek appellation.
With flavours of stone fruit, butterscotch, shortbread and crisp citrus, this wine has a soft and silky mouthfeel from start to finish.
Try this Chardonnay with double cream Brie, cornish hen or have it on the table with your turkey dinner.
The 2021 vintage was a featured wine in March 2024's Wine Club package.

Appearance: Golden straw in colour.
Nose: Baked apple nose with oak spice notes.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, crisp yellow apple flavour with vanilla oak notes on the finish. A seamless wine with fresh acidity and well-integrated oak.
Quality: 91 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding. Drinking well now, but will sustain for two or three years.
Food Pairing: Grilled shrimp with oregano and lemon, pork chops with garlic and thyme rub, pear and Brie flatbread, smoked salmon crostini, and fettuccine alfredo.
