Chardonnay
The wine is straw pale in colour with notes of lemon orchard fruit and toffee. A portion of this wine was fermented and aged in French Oak for 16 months.
Tasting Note: A welcoming round mouthfeel initially fills your palate with and honey, caramel, and nicely transitions into a lemony cream crisp finish.
Food Pairing: This Chardonnay matches beautifully with most seafood dishes. Try it with oven roasted cod with lemon and thyme.
