Cabernet Franc
This red is a blend of Cabernet Franc sourced from a couple different vineyards throughout the Niagara region. Produced from a dream vintage, it was an easy first attempt to make produce a structured, balanced and flavourful Cabernet Franc.
This wine is full of aromas and flavours of dark cherries, coca cola and stewed currants. While the body is soft and round, the mid-palate is full of lovely tannin peaking through the fruit that holds on until it finishes with a lovely strawberry jam taste.
