On the nose, we pick up notes of toffee, butter cream, ripe orchard fruit (apple, white peach) and bee’s wax. This wine has an oily, soft mouth feel that is modest, clean and lingering. Flavours of butterscotch, honey, apple and lemon finish softly on your palate.
Food Pairing: An ideal pairing for potato dishes, creamy pasta dishes and cheeses such as Bel Haven and Chaumes. This wine is also a great match for fried fish and poultry.
