Sauvignon Blanc
This wine has an abundance of fresh aromatics and a vibrant flavour profile. The nose and flavours consist of pink grapefruit, guava, pineapple, mango, quince and honey. It is well balanced and crisp with a pleasant waxy, ripe finish.
This wine pairs so well with pastas (especially with a lovely pesto), fresh salads like our melon and fennel salad that we have here at the winery, wood oven pizzas and sunsets on the patio with good company.
