Clear and bright with a lovely bouquet of yellow apple, pear, tropical fruit, and a hint of yeast and bread.  This Chardonnay has great texture and mouthfeel, is smooth yet still refreshing, has a medium-bodied frame, and is fruit-focused (look for plenty of tropical fruit flavours). The long lingering finish shows notes of refreshing citrus (grapefruit, lemon, and lime), apple and yeast.
