Clear and bright with a delicate straw-yellow hue. Pure, clean fruit aromas of red apple, melon, pear, and Meyer lemon, with an accent of floral. This Pinot blend shows a smooth yet refreshing mouthfeel with a light to medium-bodied frame and flavours of melon, pear, white peach, and a touch of citrus on the palate. The refreshing finish provides notes of lemon, lime, green apple, and floral. Drink while young and fresh.
Serve chilled at 10 to 12°C to enhance the freshness and acidity (citrus notes) of the wine or serve not overly chilled at 14 to 16°C to showcase the richer fleshier fruit flavours. A terrific sipping wine or serve with pan-fried fillets of fish; shellfish; sushi; fresh spring rolls; lemon chicken; poached salmon; crab cakes; turkey wraps.

Appearance: Pale straw in colour.
Nose: Minerally, apple, and starfruit nose.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, lovely mouth-feel. Fresh and lively on the palate ending on a saline note.
Quality: 89 points. Very Good+. Drink now and through 2024.
Food Pairing: Pan-fried cod with lemon and butter, fresh vegan spring rolls with peanut sauce, spicy buffalo-sauced turkey wraps, California sushi rolls, and baked queso chicken with taco seasoning.
