Clear and bright with an aroma of passionfruit and Bartlett pear, with just a touch of gooseberry and grapefruit.  This Sauvignon Blanc has a light- to medium-body, and a smooth yet refreshing mouthfeel. Green apple and citrus notes excite the palate, then as the wine warms, look for notes of melon and passionfruit to develop.  Refreshing pink grapefruit, gooseberry, white currant, and lemon scented herbs linger on the finish.  Enjoy while young and fresh.

Serve at a cool 10 to 12ºC. Fabulous spring and summer refresher. Appearance: Bright, pale straw in colour.
Nose: Fresh, grapefruit with a light floral note.
Palate: Medium-bodied, crisply dry, grapefruit and green plum flavours. Lovely mouth-feel and a long, lingering lemony finish.
Quality: 90 points. Outstanding. Drink now.

Food Pairing: Creamy tuna pasta bake, Cajun chicken and kale salad with brown sugar and mustard dressing, chickpea wraps with roasted red peppers and avocado, herb and butter-baked oysters, and goat cheese crostini with honey, pecans, and thyme.
