The Notes:
The weather in the summer of 2021 was often variable with a challenging harvest yet the year still produced a good harvest. The 2021 Dry Riesling is very aromatic with lots of lily of the valley, peach and green tea on the nose. Oh the palate, this wine is crisp and clean with flavours of peach, orange and green apple.
The Pairings:
This new style of Riesling, pairs differently than the off dry style. Pair this Riesling with light summer dishes, vegetarian foods or cheeses. Or of course you could drink it on it’s own on the patio.
The Cellaring:
Drink now to 2025 or longer.

Appearance: Bright, clear. Light straw colour.
Nose: A bouquet of white flowers, peach, green apple, orange, and lanolin.
Palate: Medium acid, light body. Delightful notes of green apple, peach pit, orange zest, and wet stone. Well balanced.
Quality: 90 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding.
Food Pairing: Seafood boil with lemon-garlic butter, Tom Yum hot and sour Thai soup, fried chicken with honey mustard, pan fried calamari with herbs and chilis, and jalapeño poppers.
