This 50/50 blend was half fermented in stainless and half fermented and aged in neutral French oak for 6 months. Apricot and citrus aromas set the tone for the delicately juice palate, which is sweet and sour yet soft, with just enough zest and a hint of oak. Lots of guava and passionfruit on the palate. Pairs well with goat cheese hors d'oeuvres, chicken dishes, or sushi. The perfect summer sipper.
