New to the portfolio but paying homage to Dylan's winemaking background, this is the inaugural Gamay. Garnet in colour, with notes of wild strawberries and violets. On the palate, raspberry makes way to juicy tart cherries and spice on the finish. The Collaboration Artist: Roanne Corteza Vignerons: Roche Family Vintage: 2022 Gamay Farming and winemaking: Sustainably-farmed, hand-picked, and aged in neutral French oak. Minimal SO2. 12% alc/vol
