Complex aromas of apple, baking spice and river rock opens to a fresh and surprisingly textured white wine. Goes through layers of fresh fruit and pastry notes on the palate that makes for a wine to enjoy over the course of the afternoon, or with any type of cooked or fresh shellfish.
- 66% Sauvignon Blanc, 34% Semillon
- Whole-cluster pressed and wild fermented
- Sémillon was matured in neutral French oak, Sauvignon Blanc in tank, for 18 months before being blended in tank.
- Bottled without fining or filtration on it's natural lees.
