Viognier
Critic's Rating 91 pts

Sourced from the Kozier Vineyard in Naramata, our Viognier boasts bright acidity with notes of grapefruit and lychee. A portion was fermented in new French Acacia barrels, with frequent lees stirring for a rich palate and a luxurious finish, with a touch of residual sweetness.John Schreiner writes "This is a classic expression of the varietal, with aromas and flavors of stone fruit mingled with citrus and spice. The finish is crisp and refreshing" The ultimate patio wine, it loves to be paired with prawns, scallops, crab-based dishes, in addition to spicy Asian style cuisine. BC VQA Certified.

Aromas of white peach, lime, tangerine, honey and citrus, along with subtle notes of minerality and salinity. Warm and lingering finish with honey undertones. Serve this with grilled tuna, sushi, or smoked oysters and scallops.
