Pinot Noir Cuvée, 2020

A beautiful violet aroma on the nose, with hints of preserved blueberry, liquorice, and sticky spice cake. Flavours of dark blackberry, plum and vanilla on the palate with complexities like bacon fat, toast, and mint chocolate linger on the finish.
Decant and enjoy now or cellar until 2030.
Winemaking: Pinot Noir clones 828, Pommard, 115, and 667 are hand harvested and destemmed, then cold soaked for 6-7 days prior to undergoing spontaneous fermentation.
