Winemaking: Grape clones Dijon 828, 115, 777, and 667 were hand harvested, 90% destemmed, and after 7 days of cold soaking, spontaneous fermentation commenced. Once the wine was dry the grape skins were pressed off and the wine was moved into French oak barrels for a period of 13 months with approximately 25% being new.
The 2019 vintage was a featured wine in April's Wine Club package, 2021.
