2021 Okanagan Valley 750 mL, 13% ALC/VOL
$25.40
Riesling

Tasting Notes: Pronounced flavours of apple, nectarine, honeydew melon, and white floral notes are present on the nose. This is greeted by candied lemon, nectar, and vanilla on the palate. There is a hint of slate minerality, and the mouthfeel is soft, with a crème brulé finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 12+ years.

Source: A combination of fruit sourced from Seven Mountain Vineyards in West Kelowna and our estate in Southeast Kelowna.

Winemaking: The Riesling is entirely hand-harvested. 50% of the fruit is whole bunch pressed, while the other 50% undergoes maceration and cold soaks on skins for 24 hours. This process provides complex fruit aromas and increased mouth texture. The settled juice is then fermented in stainless steel tank.

Residual Sugar: 9.6 g/L
