Hand harvested and carefully sorted bunches were fermented in large format French oak barrels to integrate classic character with the minerality and structure that distinguish our spectacular, limestone rich slopes. Resulting wine is balanced wine with finesse.

Appearance: Bright, golden colour.
Nose: Toasty, baked apple nose.
Palate: Medium- to full-bodied, dry, mouth-filling flavours of apple and lemon with a hint of oak. Lovely mouth feel.
Quality: Outstanding. 90 points. Drink now and through 2024.
Food Pairing: Turkey tacos with pickled radish, polenta cakes with marinara, mushroom gnocchi with sage and brown butter sauce, panko-breaded halibut sandwich, and fava bean salad with tarragon dressing.
