This 2008 traditional blend of estate grown Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir was disgorged in August 2016 after spending 80 months "sur lie." This helped develop some additional notes of baked pear, nuts, lemon, honey and fresh pastry. Small bubbles, rich in style with lots of finesse, kept fresh by a balanced acidity.
