Tasting Notes: A classic profile of cassis, black fruit, sage, and black pepper.
Vineyard Notes: Organic grapes sourced from Osoyoos, BC were hand harvested in October, 2019.
Winemaker Notes: Naturally fermented in oak foudre, then aged 14 months in 1/3 new oak barriques, and 2/3 neutral oak barrique.
Food Pairing Notes: Enjoy with grass fed beef, rabbit cacciatore or hard cheeses.
