Produced from 100% Organic and Biodynamic grapes, this Chardonnay was fermented dry, and underwent full malolactic fermentation, with frequent battonage. 25% of the blend spent two months in American oak barrels.

Appearance: Bright straw colour.
Nose: Toasty, apple nose with forest floor and oak spice notes.
Palate: Full-bodied, unctuous, round and full on the palate with spicy, green pineapple and peach flavours and balancing acidity. Well-integrated oak.
Quality: Very Good+. Drink now and through 2020.
Food Pairing: Steamed lobster with herb butter, Indian butter chicken, cheddar and codfish cakes, pumpkin ravioli, mushroom and lentil pot pie, avocado and tuna tapas.
