Pinot Noir

Quarry Road Vineyard. Viticultural practices included vertical shoot positioning, shoot thinning, cluster thinning and hand leaf removal.

Winemaker’s Comments: The 13th vintage from the Quarry Road Vineyard, this Pinot Noir spent 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which were new. An aromatic wine with notes of blueberry, raspberry, leather and sweet smoke. The palate is light to medium-bodied, showing flavours of wild berry, baking spice, smoke and wet leaves. There is a minerality that concludes the long finish, which is a true reflection of the terroir of the Quarry Vineyard.

Enjoy now through 2027!

Food Pairings: This pinot noir with its structured tannins will pair beautifully with roasted mushrooms with herbs, cedar plank salmon or grilled pork tenderloin with cherry compote.
