Winemaking Notes:Very pale in colour, the nose is very expressive and reminiscent of peach, lime zest and wet stone. The palate explodes with fruity flavours of peach, as well as zingy citrus, and mineral notes. The finish is medium-long, vibrant, and crisp.
Food Pairing: Truly a fun and easy drinking wine that will pair with many different dishes. Try it with a seafood salad, Prosciutto stuffed grilled peaches, Thai curries, or creamy goat cheeses. The best thing about the 2019 Tawse Riesling is how delightful it is all on its own.
