Sourced entirely from our organic Limestone Ridge Estate Vineyard. Viticultural practices included vertical shoot positioning, shoot thinning, cluster thinning and hand leaf removal.
Winemaking Notes: Very pale in colour, the nose explodes with intense aromas of clementine, blood orange, peach, honey and floral. On the palate, is slightly off-dry, balanced, showing flavours reminiscent of orchard fruit, citrus, honey and spring flower buds. The finish is medium-long, vibrant, and crisp.
Food Pairing: Truly a fun and easy-drinking wine that will pair with many different dishes. Try it with a seafood salad, Prosciutto stuffed grilled peaches, Thai curries, or creamy goat cheeses. The best thing about the 2020 Tawse Riesling is how delightful it is all on its own.
