Tasting Notes
Colour: Light straw
Nose: White flower, honey crisp apple
Palate: Jasmine, lime, mineral, light body, dry
Food Pairings: Coconut curry, baked brie with bacon jam, chicken picatta

Winemaking: Hand-sorted and whole bunch pressed. Bunches came in small and tight. Fermentation was stopped with residual for balance of sugar and acid. No fining.
