Colour: Lemon
Nose: Peach, white flower, and citrus
Palate: Apricot, lemon, and melon
Food Pairings: Roasted veggies, crab & prawn cakes, Tomato & cucumber salad

Winemaking: Life is too short not to be spontaneous. 70% Ortega, 15% Ehrenfelser, 13% Chardonnay, and 2% Riesling. Hand harvest grapes, sorted and whole bunch pressed. Each variety was kept separate until after fermentation. This wine is blended to be fruit forward and easy drinking
