Our Gewürztraminer was harvested from our Diamond Back Vineyard (Black Sage Bench) & Hidden Terrace Vineyards in Oliver, BC. The grapes were harvested on a cool morning to preserve the quality and freshness of the fruit. Fermentation is temperature controlled to maintain the delicate aromas and flavours. This wine has lovely aromas of lychee fruit, orange blossom, tropical fruit and a hint of spice. Made in a dry style, this vintage of gewürztraminer is refreshing with more lychee fruit, citrus, tropical fruit and candied ginger on the palate. Serve chilled this summer on the patio or pair with any Asian-inspired dishes.
