2020 vintage gave us some good Niagara acidity, making this spritzy wine style possible. We made sure we stopped the ferment a bit early, so you could enjoy the natural bubbles and slightly sweet finish. Chill well before opening (or you’ll be wearing it...).

This fun Fizzy wine opens on the nose with lots of fruits such as peach, papaya, guava, all wrapped in apple blossoms and banana leaf. The palate is zesty with a delicate mouse containing, lime, more green apple and peaches.

Residual Sugar: 40 g/L
