This Bordeaux blend is very appealing, lovely sweet aromatics from the barrel aging complement sweet red fruits on the nose and on the palate. Quite complex for its age. It offers the right balance between earthy and fresh red fruit notes.

2019 Ferox red is a very versatile and approachable wine, it is elegant enough to be paired with a fancy steak but also enough structured to be a companion for more casual dining options such as Maple Bacon Burger or Pulled-Pork Sandwiches. We suggest to serve it at around 16 °C.
