Tasting Notes: Floral aromas of violets on the nose, with flavours of wild blueberry, strawberry, currants, chocolate and fennel. Made with Left-Bank Bordeaux in mind, this is a wine that has the balance and poise to cellar for 20 years.

Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon (58.4%), Merlot (29.5%), Petit Verdot (6.9%), Cabernet Franc (5.2%)
Winemaking Notes: Hand-harvested clusters were sorted, and whole berries were fermented in micro-cuvee lots in open top new French oak barrels. Post-pressing, these lots were returned to the barrels for aging. After 18 months, individual barrels were tasted, assessed, and blended. This wine was returned to oak, 30% new, to marry for an additional 5 months of aging.
