The fruit harvested for this Sauvignon Blanc comes from 5 acres of mature Niagara vines that the Tregunno family has been farming for four generations. This Lakeview Cellars white wine shows traditional notes of tropical fruits, gooseberry and melon which is also present on the palate along with intense citrus flavours.
Food Pairings: Serve with grilled chicken or fish topped with mango salsa.
The 2020 vintage was a featured wine in October 2023's Wine Club packs.

Appearance: Bright. Very pale straw colour.
Nose: Intense bouquet of orange blossom, gooseberry, and peach.
Palate: Medium acid, light- to medium-bodied. Flavours of pomelo, lemon, lime, peach pit, and tarragon. Well-balanced with a crisp finish.
Quality: 90 points – Wine Club Canada. Outstanding.
Food Pairing: Grilled oysters with white wine butter sauce, Cajun seafood jambalaya, penne alla vodka, chicken parmesan, and escargots with lemon sauce.
