This unique style of icewine exhibits fascinating contrasts between the sweet and savoury notes that Zweigelt produces. On the nose dried cranberry, cherry, strawberry, and apple are rounded out with hints of white pepper, and earthy, gamey notes. On the palate, an unctuous mouthful and a long luxurious finish with hints of cinnamon.
