This is our fifth vintage of our Estate Pinot Noir. The grapes for this wine are sourced entirely from our sustainably farmed Estate vineyard. The resulting wine is rich and full Pinot, perfect for pairing with salmon, duck and cheese of course!
Nose: raspberry, cranberry, plum, cedar
Palate: pomegranate, tart cherry, milk chocolate, red licorice
The 2016 vintage was a featured wine in May's Wine Club package, 2020.

Appearance: Deep ruby in colour.
Nose: Cedary, spicy, earthy, plum bouquet with a red licorice note.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, ripe black cherry flavour with mellow tannins and a warm alcoholic finish.
Quality: Very Good+. 89 points. Drink now or hold for a year to allow the oak to integrate.
Food Pairing: Grilled quail with goji berries and pine nuts, turkey sausage with sauerkraut, squash soup with lentils, stuffed eggplant with lamb and feta, leek and pecorino pizza, glazed ham with red peppers, and roasted rabbit with oranges and herbs.
