100% tank fermented with select yeast. 100% malolactic fermentation. 6 months lees contact with regular stirring. A lovely round unoaked Chardonnay that pairs great with food or is a lovely sipper on its' own.
This light, crisp Chardonnay is packed with mouth-watering notes of golden apple, pear and honeycomb. A long, sustained finish with well balanced acidity. Lillias is the perfect patio sipper.

This unoaked Chardonnay benefits from six months of lees contact with regular stirring. It’s fresh and fragrant on the nose with notes of peach, yellow apple, lemon, and pear. It’s vibrant and fruit-laden on the palate with ripe stone fruits, some creamy/lees notes and a zippy, fresh finish.
