This elegant act of winemaking is anything but a brut. It’s a serene blend of our estate Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling made in the Charmat Method. Violette is a light and elegant wine, perfectly balanced to refresh and intrigue. It has a wonderful effervescence that is quite infectious after a glass or two. The aromatic notes consist of white fruit, pear, and peach and invigorate the senses. A wonderful addition to a lovely spring picnic, a splendid start to a fun evening, or a dazzling finish to be paired with desert, Violette is as versatile as she is delicious.
