Nose: Aromatic, gently spicy nose of nectarine and rose petals.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, peach, lychee and cardamom. Well-balanced and lingering on the palate.

Food Pairing: Roasted cauliflower steaks with tahini and mint, veal biryani, deviled eggs topped with bacon and green onions, spicy chicken teriyaki bowls, and shrimp-and-crab dip stuffed tomatoes.
