Full, bright gold. Generous aromas of peach, pineapple, passion fruit, and clover meadow. Rich supple texture on the palate, with replays of yellow fruits, with a spine of fresh green apple and subtle caramel notes. Finish is medium-long with plenty of acidity to balance the sweetness. Serve with peach strudel, apple tarte tatin, or aged cheddar drizzled with organic honey.
