Appearance: Pale straw colour.
Nose: Tangerine, clementine, orange, flowers, roses, cloves, cinnamon.
Palate: Round, rich and floral, with very well balanced acidity. This wine presents a spiciness, tangerine, but not so lychee. Uniquely dry for a typically sweet varietal. Creamy finish.
Food pairing: Spicy Asian dishes, smoked salmon, goose or duck pâté, soft cheeses such as Gorgonzola or Gouda, and smoked cheeses. Try this wine with foods prepared with Middle Eastern spices, such as cumin, turmeric, cardamom, and anise. Try it tonight, or open it by 2020!
