Canadian wine delivered right to your door!
Hand picked and hand sorted from reduced crop. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
Appearance: Yellow straw colour. Minimal contact with skins causes this wine to have a very light colour, compared to its 2013 sister.
Nose: Honeysuckle, almond, and clove.
Palate: Light bodied wine with flavours of Meyer lemon, pears, and a hint of sweet spice.
Food pairings: This is our favourite wine to have with fish, shellfish, or sushi dishes. Avoid sweet or fruity dishes with this wine– but it pairs well with most finger foods. Great for parties! Enjoy today, or age until 2022.
