Merry Christmas from MWC!

In honour of Christmas, we wanted to share some MWC team poetry with you. 'Team poetry,' of course, means creative writing from members of the MWC team, hopefully with a rhythmic lilt, and always with the request for forgiveness ;-) So, with that, I say Merry Christmas to you from the MWC team as expressed in artful limericks, haiku, and more!

Pre-Christmas Dinner
So many screwcaps
To twist for Christmas dinner
That's just the first course.

An Elf Named Crush
There once was an elf named Crush
Who wanted to stomp grapes into slush
He didn't care about toys and roast beef
He dreamed only of vines, brix and yeast
Happily, his North Pole Pinot caused quite a rush.

Good Wine
It’s the day before Christmas and you’re a busy host
But not so busy that you can’t read this blog post
For those who love wine
Grab a Chardonnay, Pinot, or Merlot
And with glass in hand enjoy our holiday rhyme
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good wine.

Post-Christmas Dinner
I did it again.
So much joy at dinnertime
Where are you, sweat pants?
