This vibrant white is refreshing. Delicately minerally on the nose leading to aromas of pear and grapefruit. The palate is well-balanced with flavours of citrus, nectarine, and honey. This wine will be divine alongside lemon risotto or seared scallops in white wine sauce.
As Gray Monk’s bestseller, this medium-bodied wine has a bouquet of lemon zest and hints of oak and minerality on the nose. Flavours of white peach, pear, and citrus fruit fill the palate. Serve alongside fried chicken and gravy or Mediterranean white bean soup.
Rated an outstanding 92 points by wine expert Tony Aspler, this elegant cabernet franc has beautiful bold notes of blackcurrant, blueberry, and cedar. The velvety texture and vivid redcurrant flavour on the finish are certain to leave you wanting more. Wild game hen with a black lentil purée would make the perfect pairing with this wine.
A rich flavourful Bordeaux-style red blend that's won awards for its quality and flavour. On the nose you are greeted with wonderful notes of plum, blackcurrant, and oak spice. With a silky texture and well-integrated oak, this wine will go well with Moroccan beef stew or roasted duck breast.
