This lovely white has enticing aromas of fresh lime, grapefruit, and floral top notes. Wonderfully structured with layers of honey, grapefruit, and tropical notes. A fabulous pairing with miso-poached black cod or chicken piccata.
2017 Barrel Fermented Chardonnay
This oaked chardonnay was rated 90 points by wine expert Tony Aspler. Perfectly balanced with notes of lychee, apple crumble, butterscotch, and well-integrated oak on the palate. Try it with almond-crusted chicken tenders with plum sauce or zucchini and goat cheese tarts.
2017 Wismer Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon
This velvety red won silver at the 2019 National Wine Awards of Canada for its stellar notes of cedar, blueberry, red currant, and oak spice. Enjoy with French dip sliders or spiced tuna with saffron and Israeli couscous.
A sophisticated red with a robust bouquet of herbal spice, tobacco, and black plum. Each sip is rich with blackberry, cedar, smoke, and jammy berry notes – we can see why it was rated 92 points by Tony Aspler. Excellent with a venison gyro or crispy tofu steaks with a soy maple glaze.
