This medium-bodied white showcases wonderful aromatics of fresh peach, tangerine, and a hint of minerality. Fruit-forward flavours of ripe peach and lemon on the beautifully balanced palate. Enjoy it with prawn linguine with saffron cream sauce or honey garlic meatballs.
Clear and bright, this lovely pinot gris has notes of green peach and a touch of nutty almond bitterness on the finish. Try this wine with herb-crusted salmon with Asian vegetables or pork skewers with pineapple and sesame-sprinkled broccoli.
This award-winning red will draw you in with cherry, cedar, and oak spice aromas. Bold flavours of cherry, tobacco, and an earthy note emerge with every sip. Excellent with an Italian sausage pasta bake with marinara sauce or beef short ribs with charred leek risotto.
This elegant Syrah has notes of black fruit, cedar, and vanilla oak spice on the nose followed by a blackberry flavour on the savoury palate. Pair this red wine with a grilled vegetable medley with balsamic vinaigrette or roasted turkey with cranberry sauce.
