Originally from Slovakia, owner and winemaker Michal Mosny and his wife have re-created their dream winery in the Okanagan. Here, you'll find the comforting sounds of Bach and Mozart playing throughout the winery and vineyard. With the belief that music enriches nature, classical music is a key component in the winemaking process at Winemaker's CUT and is Mosny's secret behind the elevated flavours in his creations. This, along with the use of traditional winemaking methods and sustainable farming, have resulted in a portfolio of balanced and complex wines that are truly excellent and highly coveted.

A medium-bodied white with aromas of green plum and light grassy notes. Well-balanced and fresh with fantastic flavours of gooseberry and citrus on the palate. Enjoy it with herb-baked oysters or white bean casserole with zucchini.
The floral aromatics on this dry white wine are wonderful. On the palate, enjoy notes of peach, citrus, and a touch of white pepper. Excellent with wiener schnitzel or classic fish and chips.
This elegant medium-bodied red received an outstanding 91 point rating from wine expert Tony Aspler. Blackberry, black pepper, and oak spice aromas lead to savoury flavours of blackberry, blueberry, and herbal notes on the palate. Pairs beautifully with lamb shawarma or gyros.
A spectacular blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc, and syrah. It is firmly structured with well-integrated oak and notes of dark fruit, black plum, and licorice. We suggest trying it with steak au poivre or pomegranate-glazed cornish game hens.
