Description
APPEARANCE: Bright, clear, pale straw
AROMA: Apple blossom, baking brioche
PALATE: Hawaiian pineapple, freshly sliced Honeycrisp apple, D'anjou pear, blood orange. Pronounced richness of the fruit profile give the wine a full and bold entry making the wine ideal for an array of different food pairings. Once again we fermented approximately 25% of the wine in French oak to enrich the mouthfeel and give the wine more depth and character.
Drinkn With: Arctic char, halibut, Coho salmon, spot prawns, shellfish, wild game birds, Cornish hen, chicken, grilled pork loin, octopus, mild pastas, fresh garden greens with citrus infused dressings, herb breads and spreads. This Pinot Gris is always versatile and delivers consistent award winning quality vintage after vintage.
