A melodious blend of Roussanne 25.6%, Viognier 49.8% and Muscat 24.6%. The barrel-aged wine is a lush and complex expression of the Central Okanagan.
This wine is our premium proprietary blend, complex and unique. Each fraction gets its own barrel program before blending to create a rich and satisfying white blends with good mouthfeel and a long finish.
The 2018 vintage was featured in June 2023's Wine Club package.

Appearance: Pale straw in colour.
Nose: Spicy, orange blossom nose with a thread of minerality.
Palate: Medium-bodied, dry, juicy, lychee and tangerine flavours with a lingering rose petal finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled sheet pan paella, Buffalo chicken salad with ranch dressing, pulled pork sliders with coleslaw, General Tso’s tossed cauliflower, and baked Brie with apricot jam.
