This unusual expression of Gewurztraminer is done in a style that is off-dry, with subtle notes of typical Gewurztraminer characteristics. Aromas of ginger, rose petals and green melon meld with subtle flavours of clove spice, ginger, lychee and rose, and is balanced by bright acidity.
Pairing Notes: Pair with stinky soft cheeses, thai green curry, ginger beef. Chill to 10 C.
