In the glass, a pale coral pink with a bright peach hue. On the nose, a succession of foral notes – rose petals and water lilies – intermingle with tropical hints of fresh papaya and litchi fruit. On the palate, suggestions of ripe mango and fresh apricots are brightened by crisp and energetic undertones, revealing the trademark electricity unique to our cool climate.

This pours with a pale pink hue. Based on the geisenheim grape, it's a moscato inspired, low alcohol (7%) off-dry, sparkler with a very lifted nose that reminds me of raspberry, rhubarb pie, green tea and ginger. It's off-dry with very lively spritz, high, tart-edged acidity A bit lemony on the finish. The length is very good. Serve cold; ideal for Sunday brunch! Last Tasted Sept 2015
