Candied peach hits the nose on an initial sniff of our ever-so-slightly off-dry 2017 Viognier. Fragrances of white flowers and pear follow and linger in the background. Fruity notes carry through onto the palate showing juicy stone fruit notes and light minerality with a crisp finish. This white wine pairs beautifully with fresh seared scallops garnished with herbs and lemon.
