Comment:

For over 15 years, the Kopanski family has taken pride in their boutique winery in Beamsville, Ontario. Esteemed winemaker Andrzej Lipinski, now owner of Big Head Winery also in Niagara, has played a significant role in producing and curating their wine portfolio for many years.

This is a lovely Syrah. Very well balanced, the fruit and spice notes are even and delightful. It’s been aged for 11 months in newer Moldovan and French oak barrels.  A nice, long finish. It’s drinking well now, but could also cellar for another couple of years.
