Profile: Made from grapes grown on the southwestern slopes of our estate in pebbly soil that is among the richest in the Rougemont area.
Tasting notes: Deep garnet red in colour, Le Grand Coteau boasts an ample, complex nose with nuances of blackberry, black cherry and delicate spices, backed by just a hint of ganache and violet.
Food pairings: Excellent with osso bucco, steak tartare, prime rib, duck confit or a selection of strong cheeses.
