Profile: Grown on the hills of our estate established in the heart of Rougemont in 1835 , our vines have been carefully chosen to complement the natural characteristics of the local terroir. Made from grapes grown on the southwestern slopes of our estate in pebbly soil that is among the richest in the Rougemont area.
Tasting notes: The blend of Frontenac Gris and Frontenac Blanc yields a bright yellow hue with green-tinged highlights. The nose is fruity, with hints of pear and peach intermingling with pastry notes. The attack is fresh, with an aromatic, well-balanced mineral palate.
Food pairings: White meat, Asian dishes (shrimp, tempura vegetables), smoked salmon, fine cheese.
